Anna Sui’s, “Phantasmadelic” Fall 21’ collection, is bringing back a taste of the 60’s through multicultural inclusion and psychedelic textiles.
Sui’s ready -to- wear collection showcases a leading visionary’s reflection of our current world, giving praise to the timeless retrospection of fashion design most notably outlined by the hippie and ultra film Wonderwall ages.
In commentary about the line, Sui states: “Transcending that wall is what inspires me. She adds,” Mixing traditional with whimsy, black and white with bright ambers and magenta; layering pattern on pattern, faux cowhide, lurex stripes, Wavy Vibe knits, windowpane tweed plaids, faux suede with fairytale trims, printed mesh with contrast lettuce edging, and floral chiffons festooned with lace.”
